Need Assistance? We're Here to Help

If you need help while navigating your course, our dedicated support team is just a click away. To access our Help Desk, simply log in to your LMS and click on the question mark icon in the top right corner and then select the Learner Help Desk. This option allows you to submit a support ticket directly to our team, ensuring you get the assistance you need as quickly as possible.

How Our Client Services Team Helps

Our client services team handles a wide variety of responsibilities but here is a great summary of some of the things they help our clients with.

  • Enroll students and provide them with onboarding steps

  • Sends out communications about class logistics

  • Reminds students of course pre-work

  • Manages completion/passing course updates to your organization

  • Connects students with PM-Prolearn team members to provide the best service

  • Assists students in re-attendance and transfers to a different class

My PMI application is being audited/rejected. What do I do now?

I was stunned to see my PMP application had been rejected! I had submitted all of the required information, and the feedback didn't make sense based on my submission...there must have been a mistake.
 
I didn't know how to respond, so I reached out to the staff at PM-ProLearn to ask about appealing the audit rejection. They asked me to let them try and address the issue, and I received my application approval by the end of the week!

I recently completed PM-ProLearn's Project Management Professional (PMP) course. An important feature PM-ProLearn provides their students is assistance with their PMI application. I utilized the narrative writing tool and had my narratives reviewed by my course instructor who provided feedback and verified my experience met PMI's application criteria. 

 

I was randomly selected for a PMI audit where I had references confirm my project management experience. Still, my application was rejected by PMI. 

 

PM-ProLearn was notified of my struggles and worked with PMI to rectify the issue. Within one working day, I had my application re-reviewed and accepted by PMI.

What Our Students Are Saying

Self -Service Tools & Progress Tracking

Another way we support our students is through our self-service progress tracking tools. Within your courses in the LMS system, you'll be able to see a status bar on each module stating either "Start", a percentage of how far you've completed the module with "Resume", and "completed". 

On the right hand side of your course, you'll see your mastery level, assessments you still have left to do, and how many days left you have to access the learning system. Please note that your "progress" will always say 100% since none of the modules are required, so be sure to look at your progress in each module as shown below for a better idea of what you've completed. Even if you've already finished all the learning modules and practice quizzes, you can continue to access them as many times as needed to increase your mastery.
