Funding For Certification Programs

There are multiple financial aid opportunities to receive your training with little to no personal cost to you. Learn about all our funding options below. 

Employer Benefits / Tuition Reimbursement Programs

Many employers offer their employees tuition reimbursement programs or professional development allowances that they can use towards certification training and testing.

Check with your employer's HR representative to see what benefit options may be available to you. Previous companies we've worked with in the past include:

Post 9/11 GI Bill

Every veteran or family member with Post 9/11 GI BILL Eligibility can use it to pay for our PMP or PMI-ACP training. 

Certifications Available: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM®

Lead time: 15-30 days for reimbursement

VR&E (Veteran Readiness and Employment)

Every disabled veteran has access to Ch31 Vocational Rehabilitation and Education (VR&E). PM-ProSolutions/PM-ProLearn's PMP training is an approved course in the VR&E program.

 

Certifications Available: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM®

Lead time: 30-90 days for funding (may be faster)

Military Unit Funding

Every federal employee can use unit or organizational funds/training dollars to pay for civilian certifications that compliment their current job/MOS/AFSC/Rate.  There are no restrictions on rank, active duty status etc., as long as the leadership is willing to invest organizational funds. The SF-182 is simple to use and we can help explain the process. All our training complies with SF-182 requirements under the FAR.

 

Certifications Available: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM®, LSSGB, CCMP

Lead time: 30-90 days for funding (may be faster)

AF COOL (Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line)

Every active duty enlisted Airman/Guardian is given $4500 over their career to pursue professional certifications. This can be used to cover many of our courses but there are rank restrictions.  

 

CAPM/PMP: All Ranks

PMI-ACP: E7 and above (leadership cert)

LSSGB: All Ranks 

Lead time: 30-60 days for funding

Army CA (Army Credentialing Assistance) through ArmyIgnitEd

U.S. Army Soldiers (Active, Guard, or Reserve) have $4k per FY without any additional service obligation to pursue certifications which means each soldier can use ArmyCA to pay for up to 2 certifications each year.

Certifications Available: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM®, LSSGB, CCMP

 

Lead Time: 45-90 days to receive funding

USCG COOL (U.S. Coast Guard Credentialing Opportunities On-Line)

Every active duty Guardsman is given $4500 every FY to pursue professional certifications.  This can be used to cover many of our courses and can cover up to 2 certifications per year. This funding is in addition to $4500 for College. Prefunded group training is available as well.

MyCAA (My Career Advancement Account)

MyCAA is a workforce development program that provides eligible military spouses with up to $4,000 in financial assistance for licenses, certifications or associate degrees to pursue an occupation or career field.

 

Spouses of service members on active duty in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2 and O-1 to O-3 who have successfully completed high school and have the ability to request tuition assistance while their military sponsor is on qualifying Title 10 military orders are eligible. Spouses married to members of the National Guard and reserves in these same pay grades are eligible.
