Matt Tobin

Matt joined PM-ProLearn in 2022 and currently lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Matt currently serves as a Green Beret in the Special Forces National Guard after 10 years of Active service.

Matt also serves in a project management role as a Scrum Master in the Aerospace and Defense Sector.

Matt holds a Graduate Certificate in Business from Liberty University and a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston.

Matt is also an alumni student of PM-ProLearn. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
