How to Maximize Army CA before it changes in FY25 for PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSGB, CCMP

With potential major changes on the horizon for Army CA in FY25, we highly encourage soldiers to sign up now to activate their benefits in FY24 and have the opportunity to attend training in FY25 to earn two certs of either Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Change Management Professional (CCMP). (yes this is possible with PM-ProLearn)

Read here to see what changes were proposed https://www.pm-prolearn.com/post/huge-cuts-to-army-ca-in-fy25

If you are interested in pursuing a project management certification like PMP®, Agile (PMI-ACP®), Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management and want to use FY24 funds to fully pay for your training, exam included*, at absolutely no cost to you please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to https://www.pm-prolearn.com/request-info  and provide us with your contact information. One of our advisors will reach back out to you in 24-48 hours.

Step 2: When speaking to your advisor, let them know you’d like to use FY24 ArmyCA funding and attend a class in FY25. If you’re not sure what certifications to get, they can help you decide which certifications would be best for you: CAPM®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, Lean Six Sigma, or CCMP. They will provide you with a funding invoice for each certification you choose and you may choose up to two.

Step 3: After speaking to an advisor, follow the instructions they provide you with your quote and request funding before 1 Aug 2024 at www.armyignited.army.mil

Once funded, soldiers can pick which class dates they want to attend for each certification. Each student will have 365 days from the date of funding to attend and re-attend* as many times as they’d like with a live expert instructor. They also have a one on one coach, LMS access, study plan and app.

There is absolutely NO risk with our training since we include the cost of the exam and will even pay for your 2nd retest attempt if necessary*.

If a soldier takes the initial class and learns a TON but decides they don’t want to certify they don’t have to, testing is not obligatory but is highly recommended to fully reap the benefits and make yourself more marketable to civilian employers after service.

Now if you want to maximize this benefit by attending with friends and possibly getting a class scheduled during a week or format of your choosing, keep reading.

Our Scheduling is all based on known or potential demand. 8 students are needed for virtual, and 14 for an in-person course.

Still interested, follow the steps below first, then go back to the top.

Step 1: Talk with your fellow soldiers and see who would want to do this with you.

Step 2: Talk with the S-3/command to find out what weeks would have the smallest impact on operations and training (hint Nov and Dec are full of holidays that we can train around).

Step 3: Fill out your contact details at https://www.pm-prolearn.com/request-info   to get connected with an advisor. They will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. When speaking with your advisor, inform them about the size of your group interested in training. This lets us start building a class to meet your demand, timeline, and format requirements (anywhere in the WORLD!!!)

Every individual interested will need to request funding as well so please either have them reach out or share share their contact information individually so we can assigned their own advisor to help them with the funding process.

To get started, visit https://www.pm-prolearn.com/request-info  (don’t worry we won’t spam you)

*Exam fee, retest fee, and reattendance for 1 year are available for all certifications listed in this article except CCMP. Conditions apply for retest fees.
