I would recommend PM-Pro Learn Boot Camp to anybody, especially those in the military trying to get their PMI certifications. The instructor relates Project management concepts to military concepts such associating PM processes to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) or associating Higher HQs OPORD to Project Charter and PM plans to your own OPORD. After taking the course, the instructors were always available to assist, answering any question I had. Beyond the course and passing the PMI certification, PMI mindset also improve my own daily leadership processes and principles. Concepts such as creating psychologically safe work environment, leading through empathy, emotional intelligence and servant leadership extend beyond the course and into my everyday leadership philosophy. Overall, PM-Pro Learn have the right formula for success: Passing the PMI exams and becoming a better leader and manager.
