Ian Fisher

Partner & Chief Operating Officer

Ian joined PM-ProLearn in 2017 and currently lives in South Texas.

Ian served 20 years in the Marine Corps retiring as an E7/Gunnery Sergeant

Ian has served in Program Manager, Project Manager, and Agile Coach/Scrum Master roles for predictive, adaptive, and hybrid projects and programs.

He holds an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas and a graduate certificate in Human Centered Desgin from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Scaled Agile Frameworks Scrum Master (SAFe SSM).
